All consultations can be done at your home/offices or you can schedule a Remote Consultation using Telephone, Webcam Technology, and E-mail. Alfredo can consult with you wherever you are, be it Los Angeles or China.

Before you start with any training, you should have a Fitness consultation and fitness assessment with one of our trainers. This will identify any serious problems and ensure that your specific exercise needs are met.

You will be asked to complete a comprehensive exercise and health status questionnaire. It is divided into the following areas:

 Health goals, exercise habits, nutritional needs, lifestyle, posture and medical history.

This gives us a good understanding of yourself, your goals and your exercise/medical history. At your home/office we will take measurements to ensure you have no serious medical problems. We measure your height, weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate and body composition (fat %), which is taken with body fat digital device. Later, we use these "benchmark" measurements for retesting to determine your progress to agreed goals.

Following this you will informally discuss your goals, current lifestyle and concerns … in fact anything and everything can and will be discussed to ensure that you understand your body and its needs to become Symmetrical and be in The Best Shape of Your Life.
